Eternal Community Guilds

What are Guilds?

Eternal Community Guilds are community-driven groups of like-minded Eternal collectors, brought together through a mutual cause or passion. While these Guilds will remain 100% community run and led, registered Guilds will be eligible for benefits and support from Eternal (giveaways, event priority, etc) based on their tier.  As an Eternal collector, you can only belong to one Guild.  Your Guild will also be used within various community events, with opportunities to participate in inter-Guild competitions!

Guild Requirements

1.  Your Guild must have at least 5 Eternal users, with 1 member being the Guild point-of-contact.

2.  The Guild must have a defined process for how decisions will be made.

3.  There must be a standard set of requirements needed to join and maintain membership of the Guild.

4.  Respect is critical. Your Guild must show respect to those within the Guild and the greater Eternal community.

Once accepted as an Eternal Community Guild, we can work with you on administering benefits to the Guild, and collaborating on various community events.  

Guild Tiers & Benefits

Each Guild will fall into a Guild Tier and each tier will afford the Guild different benefits. The Tier will be determined by two scores: the summation of each member's collector score (to be calculated at the first of every month), and additional Guild points that can be won through community events or other means.  Guild Total Collector Score Requirements can change over time for each Guild Tier.  Each tier will have the following benefits:

Tier 1

Guild Total Collector Score Requirement: 5,000 points

Benefits:

  • Exclusive Discord channel
  • Ability to join guild competitions

Tier 2

Guild Total Collector Score Requirement: 10,000 points

Benefits:

  • Exclusive Discord channel
  • Ability to join guild competitions
  • Ability to request packs for giveaways

Tier 3

Guild Total Collector Score Requirement: 20,000 points

Benefits:

  • Exclusive Discord channel
  • Ability to join guild competitions
  • Ability to request packs for giveaways
  • Early access to beta tests

How to start a Guild

All Eternal Community Guilds must be registered with Eternal.  To register your Guild, fill out and submit all required information on this form.

How to apply to become a member of a Guild

If you'd like to be a member of an already established Guild, visit #guilds channel on Discord to view all the guilds, review their qualification system and processes, and message the Guild leader.

How to add or remove members of a Guild

After initial Guild formation, only Guild leaders can add or remove members of the Guild. To add or remove members, use this form.

We hope that this Guild system will empower the community to form stronger bonds, create friendly competition, and serve as a fun way to be a part of Eternal.

Guild Code of Conduct

Eternal will be monitoring Guilds and making sure they abide by Community rules. Eternal has the right to revoke Guild status and membership upon the team's discretion.
